The Jacobs Returnship Program is designed for talented professionals looking to restart their careers after an extended career break and absence from the workforce. A "returnship" is a re-entry program that provides on-the-job experience and training to help professionals transition back into the workforce after an extended hiatus.
Our inaugural global program in 2023 welcomed participants in myriad countries around the world. With our first cohort of returnees achieving great success as valued members of the global Jacobs community, new locations continue to be activated. Jacobs is an employer of choice for diverse talent, and we see inclusion and diversity as differentiators that enable us to bring more innovative thought and solutions to our people and clients alike.
This is a paid, 16-week initiative intending to transition our returners to permanent placement. With available opportunities that are as diverse as our business is, our cohort of Returnship participants will join multidisciplinary teams across a variety of divisions.
