DESP III

The DESP III Program includes a broad range of design and engineering/technical support services for the U.S. Department of Defense. DESP III is the follow-on contract to DESP II under which the Jacobs team provides support to DOD agencies, including a variety of engineering and technical services for the USAF and U.S. Army.

Typical projects and activities include: A-10 structural analysis and repair tooling/procedures; engineering services in support of munitions sustainment; development, design, and installation of equipment and tools to enhance depot maintenance for the C-5, C-130, C-17, and F-15; technical support to improve efficiency of depot maintenance for aircraft such as the C-5, C-130, C-17, F-15, and KC-135; support for advancement of future technologies for U.S. Army ground vehicles; and technical support to USAF test and training ranges.

GSA Alliant

GSA Alliant

Our team is excited to have been selected as a prime contract holder for the GSA Alliant contract vehicle. GSA Alliant is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that has a $50 billion dollar ceiling and a 10 year lifespan (through 2018) that provides enterprise solutions, within the definition of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, for IT services needs. The contract was awarded to Jacobs and 58 other contractors in 2008 and to date has received over 200 task orders totaling over $8 billion in sales. 

The GSA Alliant contract utilizes task orders to provide a wide range of customized Information Technology (IT) products, services, and solutions for all federal agencies. The focus is to proactively address issues deemed vital to the federal government and specifically to provide IT support helping the federal agency customer to meet their mission requirements. OASIS

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Contract (OASIS) is a government-wide 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services spanning multiple professional service disciplines and multiple contract types.

Benefits include:

  • The use of NAICS pools in which services can span 28 NAICS codes and 6 exceptions or 34 codes - exceptions in all, Standardized labor categories.
  • Standardized Labor Categories
  • An automated pricing tool which can be used in building realistic estimates
  • Facilitates managing Small Business (SB) program and goals through aggress SB goals and the provision of business intelligence via dashboards on SB performance
  • Longer term planning – OASIS has no program ceiling, a five-year base and one five-year option.
  • Tiered Access fee - OASIS offers an Innovative tiered access fee, ranging from 0.1 percent - 0.75 percent based on obligation level.

The Technical, Administration, and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract is a multiple-award contract with a wide range of strategically sourced support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
