Jacobs has been appointed as the East West Rail program partner, providing a significant integration role across a diverse supply chain during the three-year development phase of this program to construct a new rail link between Oxford and Cambridge.

The Board of Directors of Jacobs has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.21 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on Aug. 27, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 30, 2021.

Jacobs will deliver design services for TasWater's Bryn Estyn Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Upgrade project in Hobart, Australia, which is the primary supplier of drinking water for the city and surrounding areas.

Jacobs, as part of the Eastern Busway Alliance, which also includes Fletcher Construction, Acciona Construction and AECOM, has been selected by Auckland Transport to design, consent and construct three stages of the Eastern Busway project in Auckland, New Zealand. Auckland Transport estimates the contract value at $455 million (NZ$700 million) and expects project completion by 2025.

Jacobs has been selected by National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (NICDC) to deliver master planning and preliminary engineering design services for three greenfield industrial developments in South India. The projects, under the third phase of the NICDC's National Industrial Corridor Development Program, aim to reimagine industrial cities in India and create new global manufacturing and investment destinations with world-class road, rail, water, power and social infrastructure.

Jacobs was awarded a new U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District Architecture and Engineering (AE) contract to support the planning, design and construction of facilities and infrastructure in service of the Air Force's B-21 mission. The Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) supports AE requirements primarily at Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB), South Dakota, Dyess AFB, Texas, Whiteman AFB, Missouri, and other locations as the Air Force determines support for the B-21 program.

Jacobs has reaffirmed its commitment to responding to the climate change emergency by offering its entire workforce the Climate Solutions Accelerator course, a 90-minute online course designed to educate participants on climate change and the actions that can mitigate its impact before it is too late.

Jacobs was selected by Health Infrastructure to deliver architectural services for the New South Wales (NSW) government's $582 million (AU $750 million) Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment project to redevelop and expand the existing facility to meet growing demand for healthcare services within the community.

Jacobs has been awarded two rail contracts by KiwiRail, New Zealand's rail network owner and operator as part of KiwiRail's Auckland Metro Rail Programme to modernize Auckland's rail network. The Programme delivers vital upgrades to the existing rail network ahead of the opening of Auckland's largest ever transport infrastructure project, the City Rail Link.

Jacobs was awarded the Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), as the majority partner in the Idaho Environmental Coalition LLC (IEC), which includes members from Jacobs and North Wind Portage Inc. Jacobs has supported the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Environmental Management's (EM) mission at ICP since 2005.

Jacobs has signed a partnership agreement with NNB Generation Company (HPC) Ltd (NNB Genco), which is building the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station in Somerset, U.K.

Jacobs was awarded a new contract to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mobile District Military Design and Construction (MILCON) Program. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) and supports task orders primarily involved in the design of facilities and infrastructure for construction at U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Special Operations Command, Defense Health Programs, and other Department of Defense programs and agencies primarily in the Southeast United States.
