Jacobs has been appointed to Anglian Water Services' new Strategic Pipelines Alliance (SPA) which will deliver new connective infrastructure across the East of England ensuring more than 600,000 of Anglian Water's six million customers continue to receive a resilient and safe water supply for generations to come.

Jacobs, the managing partner for Jacobs/Russell Team – a joint venture between Jacobs and H. J. Russell & Company – was selected to support the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) as they embark on a $3 billion expansion program, the largest expansion in MARTA's history.

Jacobs was selected by England's Environment Agency to design, develop and implement the National Flood Risk Assessment 2 (NaFRA2), a pioneering cloud computing system that will help create a step-change in the quality and scope of England's national flood risk information.

Jacobs has been awarded a contract to design and build a new Commercial Vehicle Advanced Propulsion Laboratory for Ford at its Dunton Campus and U.K. headquarters in Essex. The appointment follows Ford's announcement of an overall investment of $28 million (£23 million) to construct the new facility.

Jacobs was selected by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide Research Laboratory Support (RLS) for the EPA Office of Research and Development at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. With a maximum potential award to Jacobs of $100 million over a five-year base period, the contract went into effect April 1, 2020.

Jacobs' projects, Zoo Interchange Reconstruction, Olmsted Locks and Dam, and Queensferry Crossing were among only 10 projects from around the globe selected by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement (OCEA) honor award recipients. Established in 1960, the honor celebrates superior civil engineering skills and projects which represent a significant contribution to civil engineering progress and society. From this pool of 10 honorees, ASCE also selected the Queensferry Crossing project as one of the top three projects, earning it a bronze award.

Jacobs was awarded an architect and engineering design services contract to help the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) replace, modernize and sustain more than 13,000 facilities that support the National Air Space (NAS). The NAS infrastructure, operated by the FAA's Air Traffic Control Facilities and Engineering Services group, includes Air Route Traffic Control Centers, Airport Traffic Control Towers, Terminal Radar Approach Control facilities, unstaffed structures such as radar towers and other FAA owned, operated or sponsored facilities.

Jacobs was selected by Radioactive Waste Management Ltd (RWM), a subsidiary of the U.K. Government's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, to study the release of radioactivity from irradiated graphite sampled from reactor cores at the U.K.'s nuclear power stations. This research will support RWM in their analysis of graphite behavior and the options for graphite waste management in the future.

Jacobs is pleased to announce that Nino Kharaishvili, MD, MBA, PMP, CMAP, a global expert in health security and health system emergency preparedness and resilience, has joined the company's Federal & Environmental Solutions team as Principal of the Health System Resilience practice.

Jacobs was awarded an extension to the Johnson Space Center Engineering, Technology and Science (JETS) contract at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Jacobs will continue providing critical support to JSC's Engineering Directorate and Exploration, Integration, and Science Directorate to provide integrated engineering design, testing, verification supporting NASA's Artemis program to land the first woman and next man on the moon, preparing us for human missions to Mars.

The Board of Directors of Jacobs has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.19 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on June 17, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 20, 2020.
