Jacobs today announced its financial results for the fiscal third quarter ended June 28, 2019.

The Board of Directors of Jacobs has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.17 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on August 23, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 26, 2019.

Jacobs plans to release its fiscal third quarter 2019 earnings results prior to market open on Monday, August 5, 2019, and plans to host a conference call at 11 a.m. ET, during which management will make a brief presentation focusing on the company's results and operating trends.

Jacobs was selected by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) to provide commissioning services. This is Jacobs' second consecutive commissioning services contract with OBO, which is responsible for U.S. diplomatic missions, including embassies and consulates.

Jacobs, in support of NASA, successfully completed a crucial full-stress flight test of the Orion spacecraft's Launch Abort System (LAS), verifying the abort system can steer the spacecraft and astronauts aboard to safety if an emergency arises during ascent to orbit. The flight test, called Ascent Abort-2 (AA-2), is a critical step in helping demonstrate Orion's safety as NASA leads the next steps of human exploration to deep space.

Jacobs has been selected by SEPCO Electric Power Construction Corporation to deliver engineering services for Packages 4, 5 and 6 of the King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries and Services project at Ras Al Khair in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Jacobs will deliver project management and contract administration services to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) for the construction of a new Australian Embassy in Washington, D.C., on the site of the existing chancery.

Jacobs today announced that through its wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Atom Acquisition Sub, Inc., it has successfully completed its previously announced tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of The KeyW Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: KEYW), at a price of $11.25 per share, net to the seller in cash, without interest thereon and less any applicable withholding taxes. The tender offer expired at one minute after 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, Inc., the depositary agent for the tender offer, has advised Jacobs that, as of the tender offer expiration, an aggregate of 39,928,947 KeyW shares were validly tendered pursuant to the tender offer, representing approximately 80% of the KeyW shares then outstanding.

Jacobs announced today the election of Georgette D. Kiser and Barbara (Barb) Loughran to its Board of Directors.

Jacobs has been awarded a four-year framework agreement by Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) to provide decommissioning services. Located in Caithness County, Scotland, the Dounreay site is one of the most complex nuclear decommissioning programs in Europe, with extensive remediation activities underway to return the former nuclear energy testing site to as near its original condition as possible.

Jacobs has been selected as the architect to design the new Hunt Regional Medical Center addition and surgical suit renovation in Greenville, Texas, marking the first expansion of the facility in more than 10 years. The expected $25 million-dollar project will help to accommodate the growing demands for care in Hunt County.
