Jacobs Solutions Inc. (NYSE: J) today announced its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2022.

Jacobs congratulates NASA on the successful launch of the agency's Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft for the Artemis I mission, which lifted off Nov. 16 from historic Launch Pad 39B at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida.

Jacobs plans to release its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings results before market open on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, and will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET, during which management will make a presentation focusing on the company's results and operating trends.

As part of the company's three-year Boldly Moving Forward Strategy, Jacobs has named Shannon Miller EVP and President of newly established Divergent Solutions to elevate transformative data solutions for its clients. Divergent Solutions is expected to produce multifaceted digital competencies and human expertise across the entire enterprise, with a special focus on cyber, intelligence, data and technology.

Jacobs was awarded the Design & Project Services Framework with energy utility National Grid in the U.K. to support their full construction of the Electricity and Gas Transmission cycle.

Jacobs was selected as full lifecycle delivery partner to support infrastructure renewal projects at various facilities run by the U.K.'s government owned, but operationally independent, National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL).

Jacobs has been awarded a contract by South Korean offshore wind farm project developer, Elenergy, to complete the feasibility study for a new green hydrogen production and import facility in South Korea.

Jacobs announces a leadership succession plan that positions the company to continue driving significant profitable growth and delivering on the vision that Jacobs has set for its people, clients, communities and shareholders. Bob Pragada, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Steve Demetriou as Chief Executive Officer and join the Company's Board of Directors. Demetriou will continue as Executive Chair of the Board. The changes are effective Jan. 24, 2023, the date of the Company's annual shareholder meeting.

The Board of Directors of Jacobs (NYSE:J) has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.23 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on Oct. 28, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 30, 2022.

Jacobs has been selected as a design consultant for Northern Ireland Water's (NI Water) Major Project Partnership Framework, which will deliver large-scale water and wastewater projects across Northern Ireland.

Jacobs will provide design services for the remaining phases of Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority's (ENMWUA) rural water supply system, which will provide a renewable surface water supply to 55,000 people and Cannon Air Force Base in eastern New Mexico.

On August 29, 2022, Jacobs will create a new holding company, Jacobs Solutions Inc., that encompasses Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. The company believes this move better represents its brand focus on delivering technology-forward solutions and products for a more connected sustainable world.
