Jacobs was selected by the U.S. GSA Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) to provide support to the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) for modernization, design, development and delivery of specialized cyber training for its Cyber Training Academy (CTA) located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. As part of its mission, DC3 CTA, also known as "the Academy," provides cyber training to the Defense Criminal Investigative Organizations and provides for certification of its personnel in the areas of computer incident response and forensic examinations.
