Helga Salling is responsible for shaping and executing the growth strategy for Jacobs' global Life Sciences business. In this role, she brings innovative ideas and fresh thinking to help define sales strategy and identify growth opportunities for the business.
Drawing on more than 20 years’ leadership experience in Life Sciences and a proven commercial track record, Helga believes that deploying diverse teams to deliver client projects is key to supporting global growth.

Helga finds the wider societal impact of Jacobs’ Life Sciences client work inspiring, particularly cell and gene therapy and cancer projects. Helga’s desire to support projects that benefit patients is due in part to a family history of cancer, and she harbors an ambition to support on client work that addresses mesothelioma (cancer that affects the lining of the lungs).
Passionate about lifelong learning, Helga continues to expand her knowledge and expertise with further education in business, change management and leadership.
