In this capacity, she leads a team of over 450 consultants across North America; driving the growth and financial performance for Strategic Consulting services. The team specializes in Asset Management Consulting; Business and Financial Advisory; Energy, Resiliency and Sustainability; and Visioning, Master Planning and Placemaking Services. Our consultant teams work collaboratively across all market sectors and throughout the infrastructure lifecycle from strategy, financial advice, business case and planning advice, through to capital and operational delivery improvements across our clients organizations.
