Jacobs is partnering with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to create a sustainable and enhanced passenger experience.

Alliance for Renewable Clean Hydrogen Energy Systems (ARCHES)
Jacobs is serving as program manager for ARCHES, a public private partnership (P3) establishing a statewide clean hydrogen hub (H2) in California, one of seven national hubs announced by the White House and recently granted funding by the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Clean Energy Demonstration (DOE OCED).

Jacobs is working with LA Sanitation and Environment and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power as the progressive design-build contractor for the Donald C. Tillman Advanced Water Purification Facility, a key part of the City of Los Angeles' long-term water management goals.

A California native born in Glendale, California, Jacobs Executive Director of Operations Cory Hooper, has returned to his roots after living in Colorado and Florida. Cory’s favorite part of his role is providing growth opportunities for his team and mentoring others, and he’s known for always knowing how to create a community wherever he lands.

Alicia Cannon, Jacobs Department Leader Southern California Transportation
Alicia Cannon is Jacobs’ Department Leader for the Southern California transportation market and is based in Ontario, California. She was born and raised in the Inland Empire and has spent most of her career working on local projects and improving the transportation system. Her deep understanding of institutional policies and procedures, backed by 30 years of experience in highway/roadway engineering and project management, has enabled her to successfully deliver numerous PS&E contracts.

Seth Torma, Jacobs Transportation Planner
Seth Torma has more than 25 years of progressive transportation planning experience focused on integrating all modes of transportation – auto traffic, goods movement, transit, rail, active transportation, travel demand management and intelligent transportation systems – to deliver multimodal solutions.

Melanie Holmer, Jacobs Vice President and Global Water Reuse Principal
Melanie Holmer recently joined Jacobs as Global Water Reuse Principal and Vice President. An environmental engineer with more than 25 years’ experience, Melanie specializes in strategic planning, process selection, detailed design, program management and technical direction in drinking water, wastewater and water reuse.

Edwin Van Ginkel, Jacobs Senior Program Director
Jacobs Senior Program Director Edwin Van Ginkel is always trying to make an impact. Across his 30-year career, Edwin has worked almost exclusively on billion-dollar public programs, specifically in K-12 and higher education, at previous firms, his own company, and now Jacobs. Currently, he leads the program management team for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), the largest community college district in the United States with nine individual colleges.

Darren Milsom, Jacobs Program Manager
Darren Milsom serves as Jacobs’ program manager for the Port of San Francisco Waterfront Resilience Program, a program adapting seven and a half miles of San Francisco’s Bay waterfront to be resilient to earthquakes, coastal storms and sea level rise.

Toyin Ogunfolaju, Jacobs North America Director of Social Value and Equity
Working with clients to create social equity is a source of deep joy for Toyin Ogunfolaju. It’s not surprising as she has a deep personal connection to the issue. Having emigrated from Nigeria with her family when she was three years old, she’s witnessed firsthand the underinvestment in minority communities, in who gets prioritized and who doesn't. That experience has fueled her passion to help clients rethink the possibilities and discover a new balance.

Jacobs U.S. West Regional Market Solutions Lead Aldo Ferrufino is a seasoned and diversified port industry leader with over 25 years of proven track record holding senior positions in multiple organizations around the world in the technology, ports & logistics, engineering and construction industries. His experience ranges from startups to multinational companies, covering the development and delivery of multi-million-dollar port and marine infrastructure, its management and operations.

Anna James, Jacobs Project Manager and Group Lead
Anna James is a leader and engineer with more than 12 years’ experience on a variety of programs and projects including urban watermain replacement, wastewater process design and resiliency work. She has led and delivered large capital improvement programs, including several in California, and leads a team of water and wastewater staff in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Using his mechanical engineering background, Project Manager and Senior Technologist Dan Robillard delivers water projects with an eye toward community impact. Whether designing wastewater technology or delivering a treatment plant, Dan enjoys making positive waves wherever he goes.

Maricela Gomez, Jacobs Vice President of West Region Client Relations
Maricela Gomez has spent 20 years in the public and private sectors, working to transform policies that impact our daily lives and on projects that make policies a reality. Previously, Maricela served as Communications Director for BuildLACCD, a capital improvement program to build and enhance the nine colleges of the LACCD. As Jacobs' Vice President of West Region Client Relations, she looks forward to bringing all that experience and putting it towards the projects that matter, creating a vision for the future.
