Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment, Sydney, Australia
Jacobs is working with Health Infrastructure to deliver architectural services for the New South Wales (NSW) government's $582 million (AU $750 million) Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment project to redevelop and expand the existing facility to meet growing demand for healthcare services within the community.

Discovery Partners Institute Headquarters, Chicago, U.S.
Jacobs along with OMA, designed an iconic building for the Capital Development Board and the Discovery Partners Institute’s (DPI) new Chicago center for applied R&D, tech talent development and business building. The DPI building will be the cornerstone and first building in Chicago’s The 78-development, a new neighborhood along the Chicago River with plans to include new academic, coworking and living spaces as well as collaborative spaces to host events.

Seamless, fast connectivity and easy access to data are two growth triggers for thriving, innovation-led cities. We’re working with Birmingham to unlock both through smarter governance to create a predicted $1.3 billion (£1 billion) growth in gross domestic product (GDP) and build a launchpad for successful, digitally-enabled entrepreneurs, businesses and communities, and in turn gain international recognition as a leading digital city.

Jacobs is delivering engineering, procurement and construction management contract for Spark Therapeutics’ new Gene Therapy Innovation Center in the University City area of West Philadelphia. When complete, the multi-story facility will serve as a global center of excellence for gene therapy manufacturing and advance the science of gene therapy.
