    Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company

    We maintain a safe and comfortable environment for 110 million travelers through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport. Our services cover 7.2-million-square-foot Central Passenger Terminal Complex, comprising the landside terminal building, seven concourses, central utility plants, train tunnels and passenger mall, Delta Dash and related building systems.

    Xcel Energy

    We perform operations and maintenance for Denver’s chilled water plans, with a total at-peak cooling capacity of 20,000 tons. This integrated network of six interconnected plants serves more than 50 buildings with 12-million-square-feet of space. The plant provides chilled water to 48 customers in downtown Denver, including remote plants operated by Jacobs, the Colorado Convention Center, Helen Bonfils Theater Complex, Denver Art Museum and Denver Public Library/

    Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems

    We’ve supported Lockheed Martin with design, construction management and facility management services since 2013. The 1.1-million-square-foot facility is on a 253-acre site, and the average building age is greater than 30 years. Our facility services include preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance; 24/7 facility maintenance services; call center operations; machine shop repair, HVAC mechanics; carpentry and general craftsmen services; plumbing; planning and scheduling; procurement; subcontract management and minor construction initiatives.

    American Honda Motors (AHM)

    We have provided ongoing operations and maintenance services since 2013 for American Honda Motor’s corporate headquarters in Torrance, California and 13 other Honda sites nationwide. We manage and maintain Honda grounds and facilities to the highest standards, and continually seek ways to enhance service and contain costs.

    Campus Research Corporation (CRC)

    In 2003 we partnered with the Campus Research Corporation to manage facilities and maintenance for CRC-managed buildings in the University of Arizona Tech Park. The park is one of the nation’s premier research and development facilities dedicated to the transfer of technology from the laboratory to the marketplace. We provide project management, subcontractor oversight and engineering support the buildings, tenants and equipment.
