Kim Ervin

Kim Ervin has over 25 years of experience planning and designing water treatment projects for our clients.  She focuses on all areas of water system planning, including treatment process evaluation and the use of data solutions to optimize facility planning and design.

As Global Principal for Drinking Water and Reuse, Kim supports our clients with water treatment projects, specializing in water quality and water treatment planning, alternatives evaluation, bench and pilot testing, design and construction.

Kim attended the University of Washington and Stanford University majoring in civil engineering. She received the Holly Cornell Fellowship from the American Water Works Association (AWWA) – and it was through this connection that Kim began working at CH2M HILL (now Jacobs) after graduating.

Kim has served in a variety of roles over the last 25+ years including design of drinking water treatment systems, construction oversight, operations management and most recently as U.S. West Regional Solutions Leader and Global Technology Leader for Master Planning and Applied Digital Tools. She has incorporated Digital OneWater solutions like Replica for cost estimating, facility sizing and 3-D visualizations to optimize facility planning and design.

What is your favorite part of your role?

I love helping our clients create a vision for their future and then laying out a plan to bring it to life.

I love to be outdoors and enjoy hiking, gardening, biking and more.
