Meet Allan Zreet

Allan Zreet’s four decades of experience offers a unique perspective of planning, architectural design and implementation of a wide range of transit and transportation projects throughout Texas and the United States. 

His experience includes the design of intermodal facilities; heavy, light, and commuter rail facilities; port facilities; bus facilities; airport facilities; and related mixed-use urban development around transit. He is passionate about enhancing the quality of life and contributing to economic and social well-being of communities through improved accessibility, safety, and reliability of infrastructure design.  

Allan has worked on notable projects for multiple transit agencies including Houston METRO, Union Pacific and BNSF, DART, and Trinity Metro. As an advisor to Houston METRO for joint development and transit-oriented development of over 50 existing transit properties throughout Harris County, Allan and the Jacobs team are enabling METRO to leverage its transit assets with private investment to generate positive revenue streams while creating social value and improving communities.
