With CCMP™ and Prosci® certifications, Organizational Change Management Consultant Catherine Mitchell provides end-to-end and a la carte change management and consulting. 

Catherine has led digital transformation teams for engineering, IT, and HR in government, transportation, manufacturing, cybersecurity, financial, and professional services organizations. Her background in communications and change make her adept at strategy, planning, execution, and sustainability of change as well as risk mitigation. She has more than 20 years of experience identifying and executing strategy for stakeholders, leaders and customers to produce measurable and meaningful success by focusing on the people side of change.
