Meet Jason Miller

Jason Miller has 27 years of civil engineering and utilities experience for both new and rehabilitation projects.
He knows how to work with multiple disciplines and numerous stakeholders to develop drainage projects and critical land development projects under accelerated schedules. He is proficient in the design of drainage channels, storm collection systems, detention ponds, and underground utilities. He has also worked extensively with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on funds reimbursement of construction projects due to Hurricane Harvey.
For the Aldine Westfield Stormwater Detention Basin and Channel Improvements project, Jason is overseeing the design of a new Harris County Flood Control (HCFCD) drainage channel, 8’x7’ box culvert and an in-line detention pond as well as the completion of the drainage study, hydraulic analysis, and the project’s plans, specifications, and estimates in coordination with HCFCD, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the City of Houston.
