Meet Mark Keeton

With over 24 years of survey experience, Mark Keeton has led numerous urban and rural projects including right-of-way mapping projects that span over 150 miles and right-of-way surveying efforts valued at over $10 million. 

He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS), who know how to manage complex surveying tasks for large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing his ability to deliver precise and reliable results. 

Having served as Surveying Lead for TEXRail Commuter Line, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)’s Cotton Belt (Silver Line) Regional Rail Corridor, as well as several TxDOT projects, Mark is skilled at managing complex surveying tasks and employing state-of-the-art technology to deliver precise results. His use of innovative drone and bathymetric technologies to provide 3D topographic mapping, helped identify site issues early in the design process.
