Recruiting Agencies

All recruitment agencies must have a signed agreement from Jacob's VP of Global Talent Acquisition for placements to be valid. Agreements are only valid for 1 year from date of signing and must be reviewed and approved for continued work on an annual basis. Jacobs will not consider third-party recruiting agencies as qualified or an approved vendor with a verbal agreement from Jacobs staff and therefore, will not be considered a binding agreement.

Unsolicited resumes shared with Jacobs staff will be considered Jacobs property. It is the responsibility of the approved vendors, and those who are interested in becoming approved vendors, to know this information.
