Ranked in the Top 30 by U.S. News & World Report both for places to live and to retire, Houston, Texas’ economy is strong, culture is diverse and quality of life is spectacular.
Houston is a major hub of the oil and gas industries, an aerospace and science innovator, and a growing center for manufacturing and health care, with the largest medical complex in the world, Texas Medical Center. Attracting new visitors and residents from across the country and around the world, it’s also one of the top 25 major U.S. cities for convention, conference, and seminar travelers and home to one of the nation's 10th largest convention centers.
With more than 6.7 million residents in the metro area and its economic growth potential topping the charts, life in Space City’s never been more prosperous – and Jacobs is partnering across the city to deliver even more for future generations.
“Both Jacobs and the City of Houston are renewing our focus on how we interact with the environment around us while creating a resilient and digitally-enabled city that’s poised for continued growth and expansion. The opportunity to be a part of major buildings, infrastructure, and discovery projects that are generational in nature, in the city that I love, is highly satisfying.”
